Joinery Workshop, Saturday, July 13

In this one-day workshop students will learn how to prepare and cut a variety of woodworking joints using different methods including hand tools. Students will also receive one-on-one instruction, demonstrations, and opportunities to practice and build confidence. This is a basic course for beginner to advanced woodworkers.

What details will we cover? Students will learn how to lay out, cut and construct fine woodworking joints including mortise and tenons, lap joints, dovetails and others. We’ll talk about what joints are best to use for different design applications and more. Class size will be limited to three students.
